Where There’s a Will, There’s a Way

In recent months, I’ve had to get creative in the kitchen to save my sanity and my time. Ordering out can become costly and with a child like mine who is not always fond of leftovers, I’ve had to flex my meal skills and find other ways. He is still growing and has the appetite the size of Biden’s deliciously surprising wins this 2020 Elections.

As the old saying goes, “where there’s a will, there’s a way”. I started thinking of easier ways to have food easily and readily available, I noticed a whole new array of products to choose from at Trader Joe’s. Here are 3 quick and delicious meal ideas from Trader Joe’s that will make your day easier.

Blueberry Waffles

These are super quick and easy to make and taste like real food. Throw some butter and/or syrup and maybe add some beyond meat sausage or breakfast patties with some orange juice and coffee and it’s a whole breakfast.

They are even good enough to eat alone, as in no syrup at all. While these waffles are not loaded with blueberries, the amount is just enough for us.

Tossed in the toaster for easy peasy breakfast or prepped in the oven, these blueberry waffles will make your morning routine smooth and easy. This is especially great choice for teens at home, moms and dads on the go or anyone who just wants the easy delicious life.

Linguine with Glam Sauce

When I first saw this in the frozen section, I was a little hesitant but when I thought of my To Do list and how I want to increase the amount of meals that are under 15 minutes to make, I thought I’d give it a try.

And they did not disappoint.

In under 15 minutes, I had a meal ready and waiting for me that was tasty and filling. If you’re a big eater, you might need two packets of these. Each packet only needs 2 tablespoons of water, literally. Add packet and follow other instructions and the meal is ready within 8 minutes total.

If you want more taste and spice, go ahead and add a few shakes of your favorite seasoning. In my books, this is good as it comes.

Vegetable Fried Rice

There’s also a chicken fried rice version. Since I don’t eat chicken, I can only tell you my son’s review. And his review is that it is absolutely delicious. A spot of oil and some tossing and turning in the pan and voila! Full Meal fit for a king – in the case of my son, it’s good for about 2 hours 🙂

And That’s A Wrap

Trader Joe’s is one my favorite markets to go to. It feels so authentic in so many ways, the customer service is always kind and helpful and they have so many products I love.

These products give you breakfast, lunch and dinner, pretty much. Of course, I’d suggest a salad for your evening meal but if you’ve got metabolism that operates at the speed of light, go for it.
